  • For the purposes set out in paragraph 2.1, lett. B), the legal basis is the pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interest under article 6, par. 1, lett. f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This legitimate interest involves promoting similar services to customers, strengthening the commercial relationship, and increasing customer loyalty by providing customers with information consistent with their previous purchases. The data shall be retained until the data subject lodges an objection.

How is personal data processed?

The processing of personal data is carried out using electronic, online, and manual tools, with methods closely related to the intended purposes. Data processing is conducted in a manner that ensures data security and is carried out in strict compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

With whom can Tecnofer Ecoimpianti Srl share such data?

  • Obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the completion of incomplete personal data;
  • Obtain the erasure of their personal data when one of the grounds provided for in Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies, where applicable;
  • Withdraw the consent at any time in cases where it has been previsouly provided. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal;
  • Obtain the restriction of the processing of their personal data in the situations outlined in Article 18 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  • Object to the processing of their personal data on grounds relating to their particular situation, where applicable;
  • Receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and trasmit such data to another controller, where applicable and within the limits specified in Article 20 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
