“Tecnofer will be there!”: the project that focus on people’s well-being in a difficult historical moment.

Tecnofer is a reality of people that has been carrying out valuable projects in the waste material recycling and recovery industry for over 45 years, setting ambitious goals in terms of sustainability and innovation.  One of them and one of the main, is to create a working environment ideally made to measure for collaborators, an environment where it is easy to cooperate, interact, grow and express themselves harmoniously both professionally and personally. The company is driven by people, which with their skills, effort and talent give shape to the excellent technology Tecnofer branded, bringing the made in Italy all over the world and contributing to apply the circular economy model in as many fields as possible. Like in a symphonic orchestra, where each element contributes to the creation of a unique and unrepeatable harmonic experience, in Tecnofer each collaborator is an integral part of the company mission.

This has lead the company, which has been following a sustainable development path for a long time undertaken with our Welfare program, to be even more present in the life of its collaborators, especially during this complicated period. Two years of pandemic on a global scale together with the recent events of war in Ukraine have created strong unstable times in the markets, as well as production, trade, raw material transport and basic commodities issues. This led to a substantial increase of the living cost, with repercussions on individual and family budget, thus raising the general uncertainty already at historic highs.

Tecnofer has therefore decided to mitigate this negative impact in the daily life of its employees with the project “Tecnofer will be there”.

The project “Tecnofer will be there”

On a warm Monday afternoon of June like many others, all Tecnofer departments have left their working places for about an hour and they gathered all together inside the building called T-lab, also renamed “ideas laboratory”. It was as if we were in the audience, at the time when the lights go down and the orchestra is busy to tune up the instruments before the concert. A beautiful sound, the waiting of the music.

That’s what it’s been like that, Tecnofer management, has announced to all staff the new project of social responsibility “Tecnofer will be there”.

The project “Tecnofer will be there” has been created to give concrete support to Tecnofer employees and their families, with a net donation of 1.000,00 euros, that each of them will receive in the paycheck of June.

Behind this act there is the will to state that “Tecnofer will just be there” even during the most uncertain times, creating that sense of belonging that marks healthy and growing businesses.

Tecnofer employees have welcomed this news with deep gratitude, as a tangible sign of a shared feeling of belonging and cooperation which marks the great Tecnofer team and which takes shape in a stimulating working environment and of great ethic value.
