In the PLC-HMI system is included the option that allows remote control and loading of parameters and/or parts of the program involved in the management of the system via Internet using an industrial VPN router that guarantees stability, security, scalability, the connection user experience, thanks to cloud data management.
PET recycling plants
The PET recycling system, personalized according to all customer needs, gives back the material in form of r-flakes. These can be used in food grade and bottle-to-bottle applications, but also for the production of fiber for the clothing industry.
To achieve this, Tecnofer has designed a hot water treatment unit for removing the glue and other aggressive contaminants, obtaining r-flakes decontaminated and ready to be processed in the following recycling steps. Tecnofer tailor-made solutions can treat from 500 kg of material up to 4.000 kg / h.
