The supervision of the whole production process is managed with Siemens HMI Touch Screen. The PLC continuously processes the working conditions and process parameters through appropriate set of sensors and adapts the process to possible drifts.
HDPE-PP Recycling
Every Tecnofer line is developed starting from the product to process, it is based on customer’s specific needs and it is designed according to the level and type of contamination of the material. For products with strong contaminants, like glue or oil, the system can be integrated with a hot treatment unit that works both with and without detergents.
The PP – HDPE recycling process can be managed in an optimized way thanks to the Automation made in Tecnofer. With a general electric board, equipped with a touch screen, and peripheral power switchboards remotely connected to each other, the PP e HDPE recycling plant maintains an high level of efficiency in every situation. Moreover the operator can work safely, knowing every step of the process with a simple finger tap.
